Ezytaxback is operated by Rees Group, a registered tax agent. When you submit a return through this site you engage us to prepare, review and lodge that return with the Australian Taxation Office on your behalf.

Fees
An individual return is $199 inc. GST. A sole trader return is $399 inc. GST. The fee is payable before lodgement and is shown before you submit. There are no other charges.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us. We rely on it. Keep your supporting records for five years, as the ATO may ask for them.
Our responsibilities
We prepare your return with reasonable care and skill in accordance with Australian tax law and the Code of Professional Conduct that applies to registered tax agents. We do not guarantee a particular refund amount, because that depends on your circumstances.
Maximum refund guarantee
If another registered tax agent can lawfully obtain a larger refund from the same information you gave us, we will refund our fee.
Your account
Keep your password confidential. A six digit code is emailed to you at every login and must be entered before your account opens. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
Cancellation
You may stop at any time before submitting, at no cost. Once we have reviewed and lodged a return the fee is not refundable, except under the guarantee above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
